As a Global EoR (Employer of Record) our services encompass the management and delivery of Outsourced Employment, Payroll, HR consultancy and Statutory Compliance and meeting all local employment obligations.

We provide a comprehensive service that encompasses all the key elements post recruitment; Local Working Rights checks, Employment Contracts, HR Compliance, Payroll Calculations and salary distribution and local employer tax contributions.


We provide you with full cost transparency for your decision-making process and budgeting. Portas Global will hire the employee, becoming the Employer of Record and agree mutual terms for our services with the client under a Master Service Agreement.

Portas Global has an enviable reputation for service delivery in the Global EoR industry. We are not a start up that focuses on delivering solely via technology. Our customers will attest to this and we are happy to provide details for a verbal reference. As a Global Employer of Record we take our employer responsibilities very seriously because our service is underpinned by compliance, human interaction and a consultative approach.
