As a Global PEO (Professional Employer Organisation) we will provide Employer of Record services encompassing the management and delivery of Outsourced Employment, Payroll, HR and Statutory Compliance and meeting all local employment obligations.

We provide a comprehensive service which  encompasses all the key elements post recruitment; Local Working Rights checks, Employment Contracts, HR Compliance, Payroll Calculations and salary distribution and local employer tax contributions.

We provide you with full cost transparency for your decision-making process and budgeting. Portas Global will hire the employee, becoming the Employer of Record, and then lease them back to you under a Master Service Agreement.

With over 20 years’ experience in Management Consultancy, Global Payroll, HR, Tax and Immigration service sectors as well as strong commercial business acumen, Carlos plays an integral role in managing the global strategy delivery team at Portas Global. Carlos has an accomplished track record of delivering comprehensive Global PEO solutions to businesses that embrace global remote workers to expand their reach and ambitions. Having lived and travelled abroad extensively has given him a unique insight into the everyday challenges; cultural – lifestyle – linguistic  that face a global remote workforce.

Chris Lincoln
Director - Global Operations

Since 2008 Chris has been leading global account management teams in a customer service environment focusing on global HR, Payroll and compliance. As the Director of Global Operations for Portas Global, Chris is the focal point to ensure the daily management of customer service delivery is smooth, professional and personal. Chris has the responsibility for supporting all core services operations to co-ordinate the activities of the international employees and making sure the customers’ perception of our company is one of efficiency and professionalism which aligns with the ethos of Portas Global.

Toby Lincoln
Customer Solutions Executive

In this role, Toby  manages some key customer accounts on a day to day basis. In his capacity, Toby is responsible for delivering professional and prompt service to both our customers and employees, whilst being on hand to help with all queries and ensure they come to a successful conclusion. With over 15 years of experience in supplier logistics, customer service and HR management, Toby has a wealth of multi-faceted experience  that allows him to achieve the exceptionally high standards that are required in such a key functional role. An easy going and enthusiastic demeanour allows Toby to enjoy a very successful relationship and partnership with our customers. No two days are the same for Toby and he revels in this challenge.

Finance and Administration Executive

Anna has extensive experience in the contingent workforce space having worked for one of Asia Pacific’s leading Contractor Management Organisations. With a solid background in customer management and financial reporting, Anna brings a unique blend of people skills and financial accountabilities. Anna joined Portas Global during its inception and this has given her a deep insight into the machinations of the business and an innate knowledge of what makes it tick, exceptional customer service delivery.  Anna’s bilingual proficiency goes a long way in assisting our customers unravel some of the more intricate technical nuances required when employing staff in the European business landscape.
